The incompetency of the drivers boarders on withholding mail. This is the worst shipment company you could ever use. GOOD LUCK GETTING A HUMAN ON THE PHONE! FedEx, I despise you and the care of care you have for your customers. If I could give 0 stars and shut you down, I WOULD!
Walk in to have a pre paid label printed off, there system was down, with one terminal with one silly lady that couldn’t speak a lick of English tying up the system. Pathetic that I have to drive 10 miles out of my way to have this mailed off today
The staff here is amazing but unfortunately they don’t have a working printing machine for FedEx labels…you can only ship something that’s already labeled
I took in packages that were already labeled to ship but had a couple of questions but staff didn’t seem to want to help much.
