I've only been there once and that was just to turn in a envelope. there was no drop box and there were 4 workers but only one in the fedex part. He told me he'd be with me shortly and then kept doing his thing and then two people that got there 5 min after me. I mean he did have there pictures but he also said the words make sure you like them and take your time which didnt make the mom in the nonexistent line holding a 3 year old with no shoes. Staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Fast service, I couldn't possibly ask for more.
Rude would not take the package that they shift me for return.Make me go to another location.Even though it had their return label unfriendly staff
