I need it to urgently mail something. I rushed here after work, says they close at 8pm. I arrived at 7:45 and employees were home, is was already closed, not closing, CLOSED.
Terrible service! Over charged and shipment arrived late. Will never go there again.
Ship somewhere else, service is I incredibly slow. Waited 30 mins for them to tell me to buy a shipping box in the office depot checkout instead of the shipping department.
I would definitely stay away from this location for any kind of shipping. I ship different things often from small items to freight. My reason for the 1 Star rating is because I recently shipped out a trade-in phone with a major phone carrier. The young man working saw me packing this box and saw me handling a high end smart phone. After I packed it up and sealed it with a ton of tape as I like to help ensure nothing will happen to the contents of the box, I handed it to the employee.
