If I wanted self service. I wouldn't talk to you at the counter. And since you guys are so eager to send us to self service options..... you guys must have better optics in your future
It is not q fedex office it is a drop area where they charge to print lables. no receipt and no customer service.
Came in on a Sunday and staff here was great. They took good care of me and helped me send off an overnight package which eventually arrived safe, sound and on time. I will be back and let anyone who needs a package sent to come here.
