Recording wouldn't transfer over to a real person . Wasted a lot of time on the phone. Couldn't get an y where with them
Screw fedex. I canceled my appointments so I can receive my package. Their excuse is weather delay when it's perfect out. I just wish we could pick the company who will deliver our packages. Never had any problem with other delivery company.
Very nice, and helpful. Customer oriented would recommend.
