Packages say they are delivered but they aren’t. They sit on the truck and who knows what happens to them. Trying to talk to someone is useless. I will never have anything shipped from. Fed ex stealing mail is a federal offense maybe a manager needs to check out their drivers with surprise packages to see if they get delivered.
Don’t even bother coming to this location. They don’t have shipping envelopes and customer service is the worst. Office Depot and FedEx just lost a customer.
Incompetent employees they deliver packages to the wrong address they lose packages they've lost two of my packages in less than 30 days I do not recommend shipping or receiving anything from FedEx I don't like writing bad reviews but this is cost me over $230 in less than 30 days due to incompetency look at the photo I post for proof
Advertisies international shipping but when I went there they advised they do not. I took paper of their desk and even showed them it says international shipping.
