This place is ridiculous and useless. They have a longer list of things they can’t, or won’t, do than things they actually can do. Lazy and useless.

I’ve never written a review before, but this was too insane. Honestly do not bother trying to drop off a package here. Jerk behind the counter demanded to know exactly what was in my preprinted labeled closed box & threatened to open it if I did not tell him. Then he started googling about the item insisting that he couldn’t take it because the box might contain a battery. Idiot & rude. Wish I could give zero stars.

Very disappointed with my experience here today. I came in with a prepaid FedEx return label and a package I had already dropped off at this same location before without any issues. At first, the employee told me they don’t take these packages until I explained that I had used the same return process here recently. Then she suddenly said “okay.” My box was already taped, but one small side was slightly open, so I simply asked for a small piece of tape. Will NOT accept QR code; must have printed label!! Prior reviews are accurate. Really don’t know what the point of a shipping center is if they can’t print labels.
