Home expecting package. Delivery missed, slip left by carrier that no one home which is incorrect. Neither doorbell rung or knock on door. Called customer service then supervisor who were no help in getting package routed back to our residential address. Becoming difficult to ask for customer service which, in fact DOES NOT exist.
Worst service by far. I’ve been at this location twice and both time the staff refused to print and prepare my documents and put them on a spiral claiming different excuses to not do it. Also there’s an older man in the store that is very rude and the attention overall is like they don’t want you to be there. If you don’t like your job don’t be there. Other people don’t have to deal with your attitude
