Our package was supposed to arrive 2 days ago as we paid the extra $25 for 2 day shipping. We called customer service on 3 different numbers- the only live one was routed to India and they just lied about the package delay because we had the FedEx driver's name this morning while it was "out for delivery." Now it's delayed again til tomorrow and there is no one at FedEx who you can talk to.
