My package is missing.
**BE FOREWARNED - WEBSITE SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT ACCURATE***. They delivered my first package several days late despite their website providing specific delivery time windows...it sat at this location for days. Product finally arrived with the box cut open and the furniture product damaged. Now I have to return the product to Wayfair, but I cannot because the box is damaged beyond repair. You can ship a prepared package at this location however if you’re needing a label/QR code printed to ship this location can not help. I still have them 5 stars because they were super friendly and quickly directed me to where I needed to go.
Just a terrible company all around in my experience. Says it tried to deliver when it didn’t, consistently not arriving on time or at all, simply lies, including specifically signed my name when I was supposed to sign for a package and specifically left a sign that they should call and they did not but instead just signed my name and left the package, which of course was partially damaged.
