Close the fed-ex location completely if you’re not going to have your employees help customers. Stood here for 5 minutes with 2 employees talking and not offering help only to find out they can’t scan fed-ex bar codes. It’s common courtesy to just ask and then inform customers instead of wasting their time.
Stopped in office depot to ship a small FedEx pkg. Understaffed and over selling unworthy crap to one customer. It took forever to even ask if they shipped FEDEX. (No apparent signage). Got to the front of the line after nearly 20 mins. I asked if they shipped FedEx. Very loudly, she asked what I wanted to ship. A small gift to a friend. Please note, she NEVER responded to my initial inquiry. I just looked at her and said, I will go to a REAL FedEx store. Very sad.
Nicole and Jackson were amazing helping me and my wife out. We had gone to UPS the day before and they were lousy, but your employees at the store were amazing. I will definitely be going back to this FedEx location in the near future
