DO NOT GO TO THE GOOGLE MAPS ADDRESS. The fedex ship site is inside of Walmart next to the customer service center. this fedex ship link will take u to the side of 17 and there is nothing there. They rlly need to fix this
I don't think this is a drop off site. There is no signage. I took a box with a pre-paid label on it here but she wouldn't take it. She said I needed to go to a FedEx location. She suggested the Walmart across the street.
Fedex is terrible! They won't change a delivery date or time. I was having a mobility scooter delivered and I wasn't getting to my home until Friday night and fedex wanted to deliver my scooter between 10am and 2pm. The seller called on Thursday to ask if the delivery could be held until the evening or next day. Fedex refused. They wanted me to pick it up.
