Nothing is more frustrating than trying to give a automated voice system information and it keeps interrupting while you’re trying to give tracking number information and you keep repeating yourself over and over only for it to keep telling you over and over and over, it doesn’t understand what I’m saying. Easy & fast
FedEx sent a notice of a delivery to my house but it didn’t arrive. When following appropriate procedures to report a misdelivery, I was informed it was in fact delivered because they had a photo to prove it. But the photo was not of my door or property. Apparently all that matters to FedEx is that a package was delivered. Pathetic service.
