Clerk was friendly. I had a sealed package and a generic shipping label. Clerk turned screen around for me to enter info, he printed the real label l, rang me up, Done!
I had my worst experience there. The lady who is sitting at the counter is extremely rude. The weight which I can give was 25kg and my luggage was 14 kg but still they decline to accept my order. I was so so angry after meeting that lady. This is worst experience ever
would give 0 if i could paid $30 extra for 2 day shipping just for the terrible drivers to say my address was wrong. called to confirm 3 times that my address was correct. 2 day shipping turned into 6 for a package that was a birthday gift for my friend. if your vendor offers fedex and you live in college station or bryan, choose something else.
