They helped me load a box with a motor in it for a golf cart. Great guy and very friendly.
The phone number is useless. The AI could not answer my question and refused to connect me with a customer service person. It hung up on me with the message call back when you can provide a door tag! Frustrating. Better experiences at UPS!
