Payed extra money for two day shipping, waited outside for the driver which never came, and then they marked it as completed.
Slow service, the self print labels were down. The employee was very friendly and helpful once they got to me.
I'm not sure which location Timothy the angry FedEx driver works at but he needs more money, maybe that would make him hate his job less. Always so angry, making comments like "y'all know Sam's is just right there" when we order something for our facility. Horribly rude and asks for a table with wheels to unload the boxes, which then our staff help him with his job. Let the man retire!
