I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Beware of up charges here. I walked into the store with my shipping box unsealed because I had questions about the packing slip. The employee was able to help me with this. He looked into the box that I was returning which contained 4 sealed cases of cat food. I think it weighed 8 lbs. The cans are small and the cartons were still wrapped in plastic and nothing was loose. The employee said that I had to purchase packing materials for my box. Won't ship computers.
I was in and out fast.
I tried to ship a computer from this site. The first attempt they accepted it, the second time I was told they couldn’t ship lithium batteries and couldn’t ship computers. So it seems like they have unclear policies, and since they can’t ship computers it’s not useful for business purposes.
