I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Beware of up charges here. I walked into the store with my shipping box unsealed because I had questions about the packing slip. The employee was able to help me with this. He looked into the box that I was returning which contained 4 sealed cases of cat food. I think it weighed 8 lbs. The cans are small and the cartons were still wrapped in plastic and nothing was loose. The employee said that I had to purchase packing materials for my box.
