I had one simple question, how quickly can I get a document in an envelope delivered to California using FedEx. No one could answer it! Even the MANAGER could not figure the information out I could hear him asking other people. I was transferred around, people seemed confused, then someone said they could not give me the information of the phone I had to come into the store, which is very weird.
