Horrible. I drop off my FedEx package and they say put it on shelf, which I did as they said they would pick it up by 5. Go back next day and package is still sitting there. I said can I take it so I can put it at a different FedEx location, they said yes so they allowed me to go and take the package off the shelf without proof that it was mine, etc. unbelievable. Don't drop your FedEx items here

A new experience for me so I didn't quite know how to drop off the package that I had. All was good and it didn't take very long.
