I paid $45 to send an important piece of mail through FedEx on July 6th, and the company I sent it to didn’t receive it until July 14th. An eight‑day delivery for a service I specifically paid extra for is unacceptable.What’s worse is FedEx acting like this delay is “normal” and refusing to reimburse me.
