Everything we go in this worthless Office Depot store, they have some excuse why they can't do something! This time its because they can't expect fire arms to be shipped via FedEx. I was trying to return my son's Airsoft Rifle! Really! It's a plastic Airsoft Rifle. Just because it had Rifle on it! I hate this store!

They don’t know how to print past bill… what a service and what a knowledge? I got one past bill from them, and was trying to explain… but that lady simply said I don’t know anything, that’s it. Also 2 parcels did not get delivered. Worst experience ever…
Waste of time. They can’t ship anything that has batteries.
