They don’t know how to print past bill… what a service and what a knowledge? I got one past bill from them, and was trying to explain… but that lady simply said I don’t know anything, that’s it. Also 2 parcels did not get delivered. Worst experience ever…
Waste of time. They can’t ship anything that has batteries.
I arrive was still one hour before closing, but yet was told that they could not ship a package.Because apparently the person who prints the labels has already gone home.So they say... If they're only gonna keep a person there that can mail packages until a certain time.Why would they not post that information on their website?Instead of unnecessarily, having people just assume that they do everything within their posted hours, which they do not
As always, delivery updates are wrong. And numerous times it will be out on a truck for delivery, never delivered, has to be repeocessed and then maybe next day or 2 try again. Horrible company. I stay away from any online companies who use fed ex. Complete lack of accountability or customer service
