Fed Ex Personnel were efficient. They could have been more friendly and thankful for our(the customers’), help. I simple thank you would of been nice.
Bad customer service they dont accept lithium batteries . Thats ok. But no guidence they ober talk AND the manager interrupts instructions.
First time visiting this location, and the young girl that attended me was very helpful and friendly.
