I live in Inwood ny. The driver of fed ex leaves my packages on my stoop. I unlocked my door and I am disabled and can’t climb stairs he does this purposely deliberately and intentionally because he’s a very prejudicial man. I’ve always told him to just open the door and put packages inside where the door is but because he is African American and I am white he won’t accommodate me in any fashion. I find that fed ex in Inwood ny is a crock of garbage and they are non responsive when it comes to assisting the handicapped
Located in the gas station- park in fas station lot. The workers greeted me as I was walking in with outstretched hands to help with my returns. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
