DO NOT COME HERE! I brought a package for return. He claimed to scan the code and add my phone number. I asked, "Will I receive a receipt?" He said, "That’s why he added my number." 24 hours have passed, and I received no receipt, any info, or proof about my package. I called asking why I didn’t receive any text or proof about my return, and he said he didn’t know and couldn’t help me go to the FedEx website to track my package. Didn’t like the guy working today came in there with a package & he couldn’t help because they don’t have a QR code scanner & he was being lazy couldn’t find no other way to help I know he has a printer coulda just printed the label out. Didn’t feel like he wanted to do his job. What fedEx store doesn’t have a QR code scanner ??
