I recently visited this location to get a fingerprint card, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The employee who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and noticeably impatient. Rather than offering any guidance or basic courtesy, he came across as aggressive and unhelpful, which made the simple process unnecessarily uncomfortable. Came in here today and was super impressed. The service was great and I appreciate the gentleman who helped. We were able to get our copy, fax, finger prints, and shipping supplies. I was grateful for how easy everything went.
They agreed to get me into their overbooked schedule for a finger printing after I called ahead. Iv used their shop before as well and they always do good service. 5/5 stars
