The clerk put incorrect shipping labels on two of my packages and these people do not care, at all. It's been a headache.

James McDonald is an exceptional employee. His kindness towards me was greatly appreciated. I was in FedEx Office trying to make a lot of copies. James saw that I was struggling and offered to help me. I said thank you. He said wait let me go and get you a chair. He brought me a chair and helped me to sit down. I thanked him again.
