The drivers are thieves. My package was to be delivered today. I seen him pull up so I'm looking at him through the window as I'm walking out. He didn't get off and didn't honk but he did manage to snap a quick pic and took off. I immediately called FedEx and they claim nothing can be done because they can't contact the driver. This is the 2nd time this has happened with FedEx and then they will mark the item as missing so the providers have to resend a replacement. This place needs to be shut down
Apparently, the drivers cannot read Shipping labels. Clearly states apartment 321, but he took it to apartment 359. Nobody was at home, so they took the package back to Garland. No Saturday delivery and they expect me to wait until Monday (I paid for 2-day express delivery) or drive from Fate Texas battling the construction traffic on I 30. To make things worse, they don't list a local number, it's the 800 number and they claim they can't contact the site in Garland.
Not helpful at all they send you to the next location at the slightest inconvenience.
