Reçu appel à 4hres1/4 du matin pour me dire que mon colis n'avait pas été livré la veille (comme si je n'étais pas au courant) et que je le recevrais avant 16h et à 16h toujours pas reçu... Et là on me dit que ca devrait arriver avant 20h, bien hâte de voir!!!

Another bad FedEx review, seems to be a constant so ot proves their service is horrible. 3 days in a row the package is out for delivery but it never makes it here, it seems like their driver is not willing to make the trip. I offered to pick it up myself but they won't allow me to do it. I receive packages from other services without any problems whatsoever. For an international company of this reputation its a shame of a service.
