Buen servicio
Another bad FedEx review, seems to be a constant so ot proves their service is horrible. 3 days in a row the package is out for delivery but it never makes it here, it seems like their driver is not willing to make the trip. I offered to pick it up myself but they won't allow me to do it. I receive packages from other services without any problems whatsoever. For an international company of this reputation its a shame of a service.
Ça doit être le pire service de livraison que j'ai eu de toute ma vie. J'ai payé pour la livraison express et je dois aller récupérer moi même mon colis dans un centre de ramassage. Est-ce que cela paraît logique ?! Déjà mon colis a été retardé de plus d'une semaine pour des raisons que j'ignore, et là le livreur ne peut même pas faire l'effort de me laisser mon colis! C'est vraiment inacceptable d'une compagnie internationale.
Les personnes m’ayant pris en charge ont été professionnelles, attentives et efficace. Je vous remercie encore pour la qualité de votre service. Je recommande
