Really unprofessional company, I really suggest using other's. The driver shipped 700$ worth of stuff to the wrong adress and even better , wrong street . Been 2 days with ticket done and phone call and I still have no clue what happen and where my package is . They take picture with GPS tracking and can't fix the issue in 2 days . That's crazy how they don't care.
Quel mauvais service! Date de livraison remit 3 fois. Jappel au service client, toit ce qu'on propose c'est d'aller le chercher soi-même. Je prend congé car je doit être présent pour une signature et ils ont même pas foutu de respecter leurs dates.
Il ont perdu mon colis et il sont complètement perdu le service client est pourri
