Possibly THE WORST courier compny in the world. Many times now, I have asked for updates on my assumed lost package. Monday, 1/26/26 4:37 AM Shipment information sent to FedEx Thursday, 1/29/26 5:36 PM Picked up CASTINEIRA ES Friday, 1/30/26 4:19 PM International shipment release - Export MADRID ES Saturday, 1/31/26 3:50 PM Arrived at FedEx hub ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE CEDEX FR AND STOPPED IN CDG PARIS FOR 8 X DAYS???????? An utter joke. I ordered a credit card and they've failed to deliver it twice now. We have had two people in the house when they apparently arrived and we didn't hear a sound. No knock or ring. Just a note on the door. Then to expect me to drive 40 minutes each way during work hours??? They also only do one delivery attempt and give you only 5 days before they send you package back. I am baffled how anyone is able to receive a package from them. I may just give up.
Amazing customer service. I called the call center to track a package containing my passport as I have a trip coming up and received a call back right away from Andrew of Fedex North Saanich. Even if there was not much he can do as the package was still in Quebec, he was very helpful in explaining to me the logistics and other ways to track and expedite it.
