Terrible customer service
Absolutely dreadful service- courier leaves a notice on the OUTSIDE of a construction site instead of my clear address +++ the delivery location is at the airport?? In what world am I living
My vehicle was hit while parked on my street and some neighbours had seen a FEDEX truck go by, so I am looking to see if any of the trucks that were in my area have damage that lines up with the damage my vehicle received. How do I call or email a local FedEx rep, as online customer service was not helpful??
Staff was very helpful giving me numbers I needed and chasing down undelivered packages, especially Amy and the driver Arsh (if I've got his name spelling correct).
