I’ve been incredibly frustrated with the courier(s) who have recently been delivering my packages in the downtown area. Since I work during the day and am not home to receive packages, I rely on delivery notices to plan my pickups. Last Friday, I received a notice telling me to pick up my package at the Mount Douglas location after 11 AM on Monday. I will choose not to use FedEx now. They often park illegally on the wrong side of the street or where there are posted "no stopping" signs, drive backwards into intersections, don't use signal lights etc. It gives the appearance that the company does not care about the neighbourhoods where children are riding their bikes or the elderly are crossing streets, etc.
