Driver delivered my $700 package to someone who isn’t me, can’t wait to see how that happened after they complete their “investigation”. Hope I never have to deal with their “service” again
What is going on Fed Ex. It isn’t even possible to go in and send an item from a location! Also, package was supposed to be delivered to red deer location which I was told was open until 7 pm and that would have the package after 4. UNPROFESSIONAL. UNRELIABLE! I’m sitting here and they won’t get me my package. Will be filing a formal complaint.
Hard to deal with, miss pick up all the time. Hard to reschedule pick ups on my customers account
