Horrible process trying to get a package thru customer from US to Canada. Painful and slow.
this situation happened with my package yesterday. The package was left at my door for some reason, and no one even asked for my signature. In my package was Apple Watch series 10 The FedEx courier left the package at my door at 12:26, while I was at work. I came home at 9:58 PM, and the box was already opened. My question is, why was such an important item left at the door instead of being sent to a pickup point?
