Scheduled pickup twice and still package was not picked up. CSRs have no clue what they are doing. Call takes over 30 minutes just to schedule a pick up with basic information. Ridiculous
Worst experience in my entire life with the shipment . Changed delivery date three times for no reason. Will never ever recommend fedex
I had a very disappointing experience with this delivery. The courier marked the parcel as an attempted delivery and stated that the business was closed, but our business was open at that time. The courier did not enter the store, nor did they call me regarding the delivery. Based on this, I believe the delivery attempt was not genuine and was falsely recorded. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and because of it, I do not prefer to use FedEx services anymore.
真的爛到讓人傻眼的送貨服務🙄 我5/18在線上買了衣服，5/19FedEx出貨 5/25 中午12:54送到剛好我出去吃飯不在 下午聯絡對方說隔天會再送貨，或是5/27晚上五點後送送，隔天在家等一整天根本沒人來🙄 5/28再次聯絡，對方說5/25當天客服英文可能不太好，幫我注記5/26下午五點後送…但那時間已經沒司機了（這裡不懂為啥那麼早下班？） 5/28的客服說會安排5/29或是6/2送貨 幹結果6/2整天在家等還是沒收到，打去問居然說return to shipper?! 真的不是普通的垃圾欸 到底有什麼障礙？！ 英文聽不懂要不要說中文啊🤔 要不是不給星不能留言 還真的想給負5顆星呢呵
