Useless. How can a delivery company in 2025 not have phones for their delivery drivers? I was home when the delivery arrived but they just didnt want to deliver it. Took time off work so i could be home for delivery only to be told i have to pick up. DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR ANYTHING
My experience at the shipping center was great. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I have no complaints about it The only reason to give three stars to this facility is billing. Even though the package is delivered, I have not received finally billing yet. When I called customer service, they told me that once it got delivered, I would get billing. I am still waiting. At the time of shipment, the staff told me that I would get a certain % discount if I followed the steps. Which I did it. So when I ... read more
