Most terrible company
fast friendly service and pleasant staff.
"Delivery attempt" — and a photo of an outdoor utility box beside my building. Not my door. Not even the entrance. Estimated window was 9:10 AM – 1:10 PM. The exception was logged at 4:07 PM. My phone number was on the order and I never got a call, I was at home the entire time. The support bot is useless. A "delivery attempt" that consists of photographing a utility box from the street isn't a delivery attempt.
The most unreliable, self serving company I have ever had the displeasure to deliver my packages. FedEx offers “Manage My Deliveries” to customers leaving the customer to believe FedEx will respect your requested preferences in terms of how your package is delivered (ie: hold at pickup location, deliver to back door, deliver to garage door, etc). Even one star is too much for this company. The worst delivery service. They don’t even try to deliver; they immediately mark the recipient as unavailable and send the package to a pickup location. It’s a real shame that when placing an order, you can’t see right away which delivery service will be used—if I’d known, I never would have agreed to place the order.
