I had a really bad experience at this FedEx location. I waited for almost 30 minutes just to be told they couldn’t help me. The staff were not polite and didn’t seem interested in assisting at all. Very disappointing service — definitely not what I expected from FedEx.
A heavy parcel was left at the desk inside while picking up, and nobody asked how I would manage to bring it to my car. Delivery to my home was paid by me; however, at the day of delivery I wasn't able to sign, so I put the parcel on hold because I had no other options online what is not customer friendly or not visible if the other options exist.
