Delivery driver said they attempted delivery, however I was at home and there was no attempt to call my buzzer. My package, which was my cell phone, was then lost and I had to contact fedex multiple times to figure out the status of the investigation. 3x to be exact. I had been told they would contact me when the team was finished, but there was 0 contact. Horrible, horrible customer service experience. I will go out of my way to avoid any future fedex deliveries.

I had a terrible experience with FedEx. I shipped two brand new iPhone 15 devices with full insurance, but one of them arrived broken. Not only did they fail to deliver the package to the intended destination, but they returned it to me without fixing the damaged phone. Despite paying for insurance and shipping, I was never refunded for the shipping costs, and the damaged phone was never replaced or repaired. Staff at this location doesn’t know about their own shipping rules. Before going at this location I spoke to customer service representative and they confirmed that they will be able to ship my package. But when I went there, staff at this location pretended that they don’t know anything about US shipping rules, and said I should visit their website for more information. Went to the other location and they shipped my package.

My husband went to pick up a parcel today & he was in there for 15-20mins just to get it. There were2 people working, one had no clue what she was doing & back talked to her coworker who was trying to help everyone & do it all. He was great!
