I've had mixed results with receiving deliveries, but I've always had excellent service in person at the airport office.
I was home both times they attempted to deliver. 1st time they came, no one called or buzzed my apartment so they said the delivery could not be completed. 2nd time they attempted delivery they said the address was incorrect. They even called me to verify the address to make sure there was an apartment to deliver to. I have stayed home both times waiting for the delivery to no avail. Extremely frustrated. Had a package "on vehicle for delivery" at 8 am. Waited all day, tracking it and waiting until just after 7pm the tracking said they attempted delivery when there had been no delivery attempt
