I’m trying to get a large, heavy item delivered that I can’t pick up from the depot. I’m told it will be returned after 5 business days but is a very expensive nursing chair for my pregnant wife. FedEx makes it IMPOSSIBLE to call their local office and instead I need to call an international call centre to have them send an email to my local depot to ask them to deliver it when I’m home. Every time a place decides to ship with Fedex Ground specifically, my package ends up either getting lost or stuck here for a week or two. So frustrating.
Unfortunately the driver that has delivered numerous pkgs at my home and immediate area has decided he didn’t like our street and decided to vandalize homes and vehicles by throwing 10 lbs granite rocks through windows in 3 homes as well as multiple attacks on homes and vehicles as per Global News release “Rock Throwing Culprit” on Pinot Noir Drive West Kelowna BC Does FedEx not bond and ensure employees are of good character.
