bad service, drop off system horrible !
FedEx helped me yesterday when I was struggling to get the tracking information. The manager was able to help me and I'm thankful for the young person who was trying to help me before.
The ladies who work at this facility are awesome, one lady was Michelle and not sure the other. I ran into a problem with my labels and they were so helpful. We resolved the problem and was on my way. Thank you again ladies for the great service
Parcel delivered to wrong address, proof according to their door delivery picture. Filed a claim and FedEx denied it. We sent proof that it isn't our door they delivered to, sent pictures of our house doors. No word as to why they denied the claim. I've had poor service from other carriers, never from FedEx until this issue. It's a $30 parcel, just pay for your screwup.
Staff were very helpful.
