Had a package "on vehicle for delivery" at 8 am. Waited all day, tracking it and waiting until just after 7pm the tracking said they attempted delivery when there had been no delivery attempt

bad service, drop off system horrible !
FedEx helped me yesterday when I was struggling to get the tracking information. The manager was able to help me and I'm thankful for the young person who was trying to help me before.
The ladies who work at this facility are awesome, one lady was Michelle and not sure the other. I ran into a problem with my labels and they were so helpful. We resolved the problem and was on my way. Thank you again ladies for the great service
