If I could leave zero stars I would, pretty sure there trying to steal my package, refused to use the building entry system, did not leave a door tag, was due to be sent back out this morning, and suprise suprise, it's not out for delivery
Left pick slip with THREE possible locations for pick up(WTF), Item was not available to be picked for FOUR DAYS! Had to call to get the actual location of package and of course it was left at the location with a daily window of two and a half hrs to be picked up. As appose to the other location with all day service. Absolutely awful service. I would rate this a ZERO star rating if possible. Somehow a Government run operation like Canada Post does a better job. Truly an awful experience !
Writing wrong address on my packages and didn't deliver a package that cost me over 400 but said it was delivered!!!
Absolute worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with. If possible, always choose another option. I will not be using fedex again. The virtual assistant when you call is Absolutely useless and some of the actual people that you finally get to speak to are the same. Very poor customer service.
This is specifically targeted at the business hours. The staff members I've encountered were all friendly and professional. It's just incredibly difficult for alot of people in Saint John to pick up a missed delivery within the 1 hour time frame you are open. If you were open for atleast 4 hours a day this would be a 5 star review.
