The worst delivery company ever. They couldn't deliver our package for two days. We had to run for their car, and the driver sent us to a branch. When we arrived at the branch to pick up our package, they told us they needed a printout of our apartment contract. Where are we supposed to find a printout of the contract when there are factories all around? They refused to print one piece of paper; the electronic version isn't suitable. Simply a terrible company; I'd recommend never dealing with them.
I was at home the whole day. Never received call and no one buzzed the door. Next day ehen I left my apartment I found notice. How I suppose to know that you tried to deliver my package? I should read mind of a delivery person????
This location has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They like to hold people’s possessions against their will. Fed ex is garbage
If I could leave zero stars I would, pretty sure there trying to steal my package, refused to use the building entry system, did not leave a door tag, was due to be sent back out this morning, and suprise suprise, it's not out for delivery
Left pick slip with THREE possible locations for pick up(WTF), Item was not available to be picked for FOUR DAYS! Had to call to get the actual location of package and of course it was left at the location with a daily window of two and a half hrs to be picked up. As appose to the other location with all day service. Absolutely awful service. I would rate this a ZERO star rating if possible. Somehow a Government run operation like Canada Post does a better job. Truly an awful experience !
