They didn't try to knock or doorbell to deliver my parcel. I already running downstairs if i saw a truck and after i run down he leave with doortag without using doorbell even if a lot of people downstairs

The phone line does not allow you to reach a human representative, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible. For a company of this size and reputation, the lack of accessible human support is disappointing. High expenses should come with reliable, responsive customer service—but unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
