The delivery service is extremely poor. These individuals do not make an effort to deliver; they merely take a photograph and leave. They do not even take the time to wait or knock on your door. You should be embarrassed by the quality of your service.
I live about 1hr away from the center and everytime I have to pick it up from here when I have fedex shipping center 5 min away from my place. I asked service rep if that can be changed. Of course they said "there is nothing we can do."
