Lazy drivers and terrible services. I was waiting the whole time in front of my porch and I didn’t even see a truck pass by nor leave a slip. Driver labeled that i was not home and even labelled it delivered after a couple hours. What is this is BS?

I stopped by to send a package. Staff were helpful and friendly, explaining the options. There was no wait and lots of parking available. It was a little tricky to find, you have to drive around to the back of the building.

Extremely Disappointing FedEx has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Their customer service and technical support have been utterly unhelpful, and the way I was spoken to by their support staff was rude and completely unhelpful seems like she is pushing that I was in the wrong. When customers are already dealing with a problem, the last thing they need is a representative who is dismissive and unwilling to actually help resolve it.
