Worst company experience I have ever had in my life. Paid a ridiculous amount of money to have a shipment guaranteed to arrive by noon, constantly showing delayed, Spent hours on the phone with multiple people who couldn’t help me, it’s now almost 36 hours late, it’s live animal products so time is of the essence, still waiting on someone to contact me but no one will actually rectify the problem. Last Monday my package was delivered to someone else’s address by mistake on the driver’s part. They delivered it to an identical address except mine is ROW and their’s is CIRCLE. I notified FedEx immediately and a case was opened and I received email communication regarding the incident. Two days later, a local FedEx supervisor phoned me and told me they know which address it was left at and they’ll retrieve it and deliver it to me.
