I visited this location today because I was next door at Purolator and told a friend I would take her package into Fed Ex for a simple drop off. I walked in the door and noticed a drop box to my left. I had the worst shipping experience with FedEx. I paid over $100 for their fastest, premium overnight service to send a very important documents from Calgary to Ottawa. I brought the shipment to this exact FedEx location near the airport because they told me it was the fastest and most reliable place to get it there on time. I drove over 30 kilometers from my home just to get to this branch — not once, but twice — because of how urgent this shipment was.
