I recently shipped almost 20–24 large boxes from St. Catharines to Antigonish, Nova Scotia, as I am moving from my position as an instructor at Brock University to begin a new role as an Assistant Professor at St. Francis Xavier University. I had a parcel supposed to deliver today but the driver just put the note on my door that nobody was home without trying to ring the doorbell and knocking even once. I called them and said this happened and showed them that the doorbell is working then they said the driver will deliver it around 4pm. I waited whole Day and tried to contact them again. Austin from the St Catharines location needs some customer service training and to run on the treadmill instead of running his mouth. I went to ship my package yesterday and he said I couldn't even though I shipped the same package 6 months earlier from the same location with NO issues. I asked him why and for solutions and instead of helping me he said to "Google it" ? How is it possible that this service attempted to deliver a package, yet in every attempt the delivery driver was too lazy to even ring the doorbell or call me to complete the delivery? Very poor service. I left a 1-star review because of employees like this who either do their job poorly or are simply lazy.
