I got scammed by fedex making alternate bills and sending to a credit agency. All to send a 100gram package I paid for at the teller
Fedex sucks. Yes, that's just my personal opinion - use them if you like. I just hate getting a bill in the mail weeks after a package has arrived asking for more money. I'm accustomed to paying fees when I receive my package, not afterwards. And those fees should make some kind of sense - like why am I paying $40 fees on a $40 package?! Not a fan.
Very friendly & helpful staff. I had a large Temu return & couldn’t use the plastic bag I had the items in due to the conveyer belt ripping the plastic open. They suggested I go to U-Haul to see what packing box they had, which I did & bought. Lastly, the staff person let me have tape to tape up the box & shipping label to put on the box.
