Twice now Fed Ex claims it arrived at my house and “attempted delivery.” Nobody even bothers to ring the bell. They leave a door tag. Forcing me to drive an hour round trip to retrieve a package expensively shipped right to my door. Terrible service. Do not use this company.
Charged me 200.00 to receive and old framed print from my brother's estate. I called customer service and explained that I didn't think taxes should apply to previously owned items. I was told they'd look into it. I am now receiving calls from a collection agency. Not a customer friendly business practice!
While I was upset with Amazon for the return process the fed ex staff were understanding and helpful.
I like these guys. They're fast, and picking up my items after work is made convenient
