They said they delivered my iPhone but didn't. I had to call Apple and Apple started an investigation. Apple then told me that the iPhone wasn't delivered and that they woudl contact Fedex. When Fedex finally delivered the iPhone they were supposed to get a signature but instead left the box on the floor in the lobby of my apartment building.
Hire drivers who actually attempt to deliver packages. I was home when a delivery was "attempted" and nobody came to the door. If giving negative stars were possible you'd get -5. Delivery notification slip was on the ground at the next address over so they clearly either didn't come to the door or went to the wrong address.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
