Drivers are not attempting to deliver the package, they are so lazy that they come inside the building and leaving note on the door rather than knocking on door and actually attempt delivery. This is something happening from long time.
Everyone ... I mean everyone was so friendly here! Must be some top tier management, what a refreshing experience, and at a shipping yard of all places!
Twice now Fed Ex claims it arrived at my house and “attempted delivery.” Nobody even bothers to ring the bell. They leave a door tag. Forcing me to drive an hour round trip to retrieve a package expensively shipped right to my door. Terrible service. Do not use this company.
