Attended the Bramalea Rd. distribution centre to send documents from Toronto to Ottawa. The experience held some of the most disgraceful, apathetic, and dismissive service I've ever received anywhere. - twice: SEVEN agents behind the counter (4 always in casual conversation, ignoring me - a customer) NEVER offering to assist me; - the agent who helped me had to be told to do so, and then all but insisted I set up an online account - "on [my] computer," no less - because it was the only way I could get the shipping price that... read more
My package hasn't come and it was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago. They won't give me a new estimated delivery date. I would give a half star if I could
