There is no way FedEx is going to survive in future. I tried to pick-up 1 package from 6895 Beamalea Rd, but it's not allowed and the package it sittig their for 2 day. I choose E2-day delivery still the package is sitting at same location for 2 days. Moreover, the customer service is ridiculous, there is some AI prompt useless and the after some hustle you can talk to a representative, who can't help you. This is my second bed experiece where you cannot talk to the local depo for simple pick-up.
The work was done very quickly — that’s the kind of service you hope for.
Great service
FedEx is the worse. Deliveries always several days late. Status show on truck out for delivery then magically delivery date gets pushed out a few days!! Will use DHL from now on always on time and way better.
We had a shipment through a FedEx International Priority service. It was supposed to be received within 3 days. It's now over 15 days and till now we didn't get it, though it was only samples items. We've got affected badly by this delay.
