Good service! Fast shipping!
Paid an extra fee to receive my package in 2 days. Received a notification I was getting my package today. Received nothing and got a notification saying no attempts were made… Don’t bother paying the fee to get it sooner cause you won’t.

It's hard to fathom that Fedex uses an automated system that is somehow as rude as the worst human being you could encounter! You apparently cannot connect with a human unless you have some sort of tracking # already, so no luck if you are a new customer. It's almost like it taunts you if you just called to ask questions about how to ship something using Fedex, then hangs up on you with a cold and dismissive tone of voice! As bad as it gets re customer service, yet so bad it's at least a little bit comical :)
