Kim and Daniel at the front counter of the FedEx near YOW Airport assisted as if we were well known friends. They were patient and friendly in giving us packaging options. We were able to pack and itemize our items in store, which took a great deal of time. Some extra materials left around Kim and Daniel let us use for packaging. No delivery attempt made. Door tag was left and FedEx expects me to go pick up my parcel at a sketchy warehouse out by the airport. I paid for delivery, not pick up. Tag says there was no one home but someone stayed home to wait for the parcel all day. No other courier service does this in 2026. Unacceptable.
