Fedex driver gave a pick up time on the ticket and it wasn’t even there when i went to go pick it up. Thanks for wasting my time. Atleast the staff was nice
Worst delivery service ever. First the receive the package and not load it for the day it was expected which it could of. Then the following day deliver it and hour later the driver returns and takes the package back from which I have on the security camera. To be told it hadn't cleared customs. Yet it was delivered late then technically stolen. And now no one knows where the package is other it is delivered
Not happy with the customer service. The lady asked everyone to wait. When it came to my turn, she was not happy and asked me to step aside and wait for another clerk. The second one did not finish the job, and she had no idea about pricing for the person who has an account number. She told me they charge the credit card! What I checked online was around 60 bucks, and I got charged 90 bucks! No receipt either. They told me the written part is all! No more machine receipt confirming i dropped it there.
