At the FedEx Ship Centre - counter staff were very polite and helpful staff. Was excellent customer service.
Never arrives on the predicted date but at least they ship internationally.
Extremely disappointing delivery service I was expecting a Priority delivery containing an iPhone. The driver did not even get out of the vehicle, did not knock on the door, did not ring the doorbell, and did not call my phone. He simply took a photo of my house from the vehicle and marked the delivery as “missed.” This is completely unacceptable, especially for an expensive Priority package. I was home and ready to receive the delivery. The driver did not actually attempt to deliver it. FedEx needs to investigate this drive... read more
