Not happy with the customer service. The lady asked everyone to wait. When it came to my turn, she was not happy and asked me to step aside and wait for another clerk. The second one did not finish the job, and she had no idea about pricing for the person who has an account number. She told me they charge the credit card! What I checked online was around 60 bucks, and I got charged 90 bucks! No receipt either. They told me the written part is all! No more machine receipt confirming i dropped it there. Really bad customer service, the old lady treated us like garbage. We will not send with FedEx anymore and for sure we will not recommend it.
