Worst delivery service I have ever experienced. They never bring packages into the building and never leave a door tag with pickup information. As a result, you can spend days trying to figure out where your package is and where to pick it up. This has happened to me more than once, and it is extremely frustrating. I really wish online stores would stop using FedEx for deliveries.
I am extremely disappointed with FedEx Canada’s repeated failure to follow clear delivery instructions. I receive food deliveries, and my shipping label clearly states in 4 separate spots that the package must be delivered directly to my unit. Despite this, one specific driver repeatedly refuses to bring my packages upstairs and instead leaves them in the lobby.
