Not to be blamed for it if it is policy. But open hours for pickup during the weekday is just mediocre/horrible. Constantly have to wait till weekend to pickup and items don't get sent to like your local FedEx authorized ship locations like staples or other stores unless requested which usually doesnt work because it's moving quickly through process. For reference: DHL 8pm, UPS (not that much better but better 6:30 allows for people just got off work to still have a chance), Purolator 8pm. These are the airport locations as ... read more
Multiple bad experiences with FedEx in general, I’ve visited this location a few times with bad experiences. Unfortunately FedEx is not the top dog any more. No in house service, make an account for everything. Picking up a package you shipped to your friend’s place, good luck.. dropping off something to be couriered? Better have done it all at home or it’s not happening. All in all, I will never choose this shipper as my first choice. Nothing but overcharged customers and sub par customer service

Well first not sure what the driver was on but never came to our door, just left a card after we went to the office on Aylmer she suggested coming back just before 6pm.. (Tbe card said next day) anyway came back and the girl went to the back found our envelope and one happy wife(passport).. so kudos to the young girl.
