Trash service can’t even get a package to me overnight from Portland which is a 5 hour drive they’re a joke I paid for the most expensive shipping it wasn’t cheap. I’m never using FedEx ever again I’m officially switching to UPS. Update as of Thursday package hasn’t moved and they’re promising delivery today it’s almost 8 am and the package is still sitting at Memphis this has got to be the worst shipping service better off using UPS or DHL definitely avoid FedEx at all costs. Avoid FedEx if you can. They lost my package and can’t seem to find it. Now they’re beating around the bush every day. They promise me call backs which I never get and they can’t get me in touch with anyone who can help. Their support is careless they don’t care if we never use their services again nor do they care about our packages. I paid $100 in shipping fees, they lost my package and said they won’t be reimbursing me anything and to talk to the shipper. Horrible service and horrible company. UPS is significantly better.
Like many others, I haven't been home for a month. After receiving my shipment, they put a tag on my door saying I needed to get there within a week. Or else, they were going to ship it back, now, it really isn't that hard to keep it for an extra week or two and I've had previous packages delivered to this location as well. I've had disappointingly stressful experiences with FedEx lately over the new year. First experience I had to go on a goose hunt to find my package between 2 locations. Tracking status, doortag, automated FedEx bot call, and FedEx email customer support were all split between the 2 different locations. Second experience is FedEx updating their ETA to a day early, only for it to be a letdown and them updating the status at 4:30pm to the next day.
