May 16, 2026 @ 4:10 pm. This driver is driving really wreckless, almost hit my car, he has been moving wreckless across the knight st bridge, turning into the merging lane to cut off 6 cars. I think you should get your drivers off the road, or else someone will get hurt he is driving like it’s his last shift.
Very poor courier. Worst of the bunch. I sit at home all day waiting for package that says 10am-2pm delivery window. So I go out at 5pm and sure enough they ring me up. I ask to reroute to a pick up location as I'm no longer home to sign for a package, after they missed their delivery window by 2 hours. Then it sits on the truck unscanned with zero progress "our for delivery" for 4 days. Called help centre and they keep saying, just wait one more day. Day after day. What a joke.
