DO NOT USE FEDEX FOR IMPORTANT AND URGENT DOCUMENTS. I made a HUGE mistake by using FEDEX to send my passport to US embassy in Ottawa. I sent on a Friday afternoon with delivery guaranteed for Monday however it was delivered 2 full days late on Wednesday citing "wrong address" excuse! On the way back a week later, it's sent on Wednesday afternoon and it's supposed to be priority overnight delivery before 12pm service however 2 hours before the delivery window ends it is still showing to be sitting in Ottawa since last night.... read more

On June 27, 3:30pm had the worst service by the young man. Wanted to use our corporate account for major discount. Her agreed it will be applied. Just got the invoice and was never dealt with. He also dropped our package and didnt want to attach the paperwork to the box but when I requested him to attach before us leaving he was annoyed and said I can do it if its that important.
