They don't deliver the parcel to my address, but they put up notes saying that it was delivered for pick up at the nearest pick-up point, it's just ridiculous that the nearest pick-up point is considered to be near the airport 10 kilometers from my house. I specified the delivery address in the online store for delivery TO the ADDRESS! Why don't I get a package, but notes on the door! When I call the support number, only the robot talks to me, which does not help at all.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this FedEx. After being given a specific delivery date and time, I arranged my schedule to make sure I’d be available multiple times. The package never arrived as promised. Instead of receiving any updates, I had to chase the delivery myself through multiple calls to customer service. They were unhelpful and provided little information about where the package was or when it would actually arrive.
Never deliver. All the missed deliveries in our apartment are from Fedex only.
