They missed me twice and no one contacted me. And they ask me to pick up my parcel at a near my station, which is 10 km from my address at this center. Fabulous fedex! I’ve never experienced any service which is bad to this degree.
If I could give negative stars I’d give them -100000000!!! Never ever use this shitty company. Their whole purpose is to create problems and play on your nerves instead of providing service. I can’t even describe in words how much I hate them for constantly promising to deliver my package, telling me to stay home and then never even showing up at my address with the package. Never showed up, never got in touch, rescheduled for 2 days later, which is too late for me as I need my item. No need for the standard reply - sorry cs, I know it is not your fault-, trying to get through to customer support is a joke.
