Imagine telling your customers you gotta bring the prepaid shipping label printed (more greenhouse emissions) what does a piece of paper with a code have that a phone screen doesn't? What, the scanner can tell the difference between paper and screen? "The firewall won't allow to receive emails so we can't print it" like bro Just say you don't wanna work if you're gonna give customers these lame excuses. This is the ONLY company that does this nonsense, neither Canada Post, Purolator or UPS ask for this, FedEx is a joke.
