I had one of the most frustrating experiences with FedEx when picking up my package. I had already paid the customs duty online through their system. After my credit card failed three times, I successfully paid with PayPal, and the charge went through. However, when I went to pick up my package, the staff insisted that I had not paid. They only printed out the failed credit card attempts and completely ignored the PayPal payment record.
