This entire company has the WORST customer service and communication issues I’ve ever seen. The website is useless, trying to get ahold of someone is impossible and then when you finally do no one has any idea what’s going on. I was expecting a delivery and they said they attempted it but I wasn’t home, which wasn’t true, then no one left a tag and when I called to find out where it was not a single person i talked had any idea what’s was going on. This has happened to me twice. The first time, I let it pass. But this time, I need to speak up. I had an order from Walmart, and according to the tracking, it was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday (April 22). I left work early and waited, but there was no door buzzer. Instead, the courier marked it as “not delivered due to security reasons” at 12:07 PM. Then an hour later, it was updated again to “attempted delivery,” which is completely inaccurate.
