Hours posted as open until 5:30 but closes well before that. Extremely frustrating
I waited all day for my FedEx delivery, and the tracking showed “Customer Not Available or Business Closed.” This is not true: I was at home, cancelled other commitments to be available, and no one rang the bell or knocked on the door. This is unacceptable and a total lack of respect for the customer.
Online they say they open Monday-Friday from 9am-5:30pm. I come to this location to drop of a return package on Friday Aug 29 at 3pm when their website clearly says they are still open. I arrive and try to go inside but their doors are locked. Are these people lazy or something? Why do you lock the door when it’s no where near closing time. I didn’t see any notice posted on the door either to explain why they locked the door. Horrible service.
Not open anymore. Went twice when google said they were open but they are closed
