Not open anymore. Went twice when google said they were open but they are closed
3 rd time the FedEx delivery agents refuse to come to the front of my apartment and inform me that my package has arrived. They conveniently say that I am not available and outlet the door tag and walk away. Got in touch with customer care only to know that the person who logged the complaint again conveniently did not record my instructions in their system. Horrible service and customer care.
Been waiting since Monday AUG 11th 2025 I got the other piece but to it but not the important package and why are you guys closed on a Monday like what smh
