Can't give the main company a zero. They like to use the excuse delayed due to weather. Nope. Nothing I see on radar. 3 days delayed. I will definitely not ask or use FedEx.
Good service and nice people. The company seeks out every obscure possible charges and imposes them. I prefer Canada Post.
Worse service than expected just says order delivered and signed by Julia J never see any proof or package tried to claim it fedex told me contact the shipper
I am still trying to figure out how FedEx delivered 2 of 3 boxes (all on the same shipping #) from BC to Regina last week, but sent the other one to Dorval, QC. It still hasn't arrived. No explanation. No contact. No apology. 0/10. Forget trying to speak to a human about it.
