They did not ring my door bell. How do you expect for me to answer my door if i don't hear you!
We waited for our delivery at our house, they didn't even try to deliver the package, never knocked or called or anything, just left a "we missed you slip". Terrible customer service, when I phone I only get connected to a robot that doesn't know how to help with basic tasks. There is no option to talk to a human.
