It says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it when I go to put in a claim. It doesn’t even recognize the address that the package was sent to you can’t contact a live person to talk to them and the automated help that you talk to is no help at all. .
Communication between 1800 # and the updates on tracking .was confusing. I finally figured out the issue after many calls.
Missed my delivery at the door. Went there the same day and picked it up! They were really helpful.
