This is an incredible frustrating location to deal with. They attempted one delivery while we weren’t home and left a tag saying they would make another attempt the next business day. However, the tracking information never updated after that. When we called a few days later, the representative was dismissive and not helpful at all. We were told we had to drive an hour each way to pick up the package, or it would be sent back… with no second delivery attempt.
