Easy to get to and friendly service.
FedEx just constantly is dissapointing and poorly managed. I recently ordered an item from Pennsylvania (a state over from NJ, where its to be delivered) and for whatever reason through the shipping process it goes from PA, to Tennessee, then to jersey? I dont understand the route. Not to mention, my package was to be finally delivered today, only for “a request to change the delivery date” at 3pm. Can’t say myself nor friends/coworkers have had overall positive experiences with FedEx, which is a shame when paying for these ... read more
FedEx was supposed to be delivering my new cell phone, which requires a signature. I get apartment complexes can be tricky to navigate, but this is their job and we have gotten other packages from FedEx before without issue. But now that is is from this different shipping center, they can't handle it. They failed to deliver because no one was home, which was not true because my roommate was home all day.
