FED Ex has terrible customer service
Simply the best
Awful delivery service. Delivery driver spent exactly 29 seconds as it was recorded on my doorbell camera in front of my door without trying to get anyone's attention. Then he had the audacity to take a picture of my driveway that clearly has my car in it and said I wasn't home. When I came outside to stop him to get the package he drove off. FedEx customer service said they would reroute him to try the delivery again today because it was early and when I called back they said it wasn't possible. No middle ground to hold the... read more
